Location: Colorado State University Mountain Campus, 50 miles west of Fort Collins, Colorado

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION DUE TO COVID-19

Registration for this retreat is open now. I am going to take registrations without asking for deposits until we understand how this health issue will play out. Coronavirus is a real concern, but this retreat is so far in the future that we just can’t know what will happen. Colorado State University and the State of Colorado are closely monitoring the situation and if they advise cancelling events in June, the retreat will be cancelled.

However, in times of uncertainty, it is a wonderful thing to get together and do some weaving and spinning, so my hope is that this retreat can go forward if it seems safe to proceed.

Please fill out the registration form now. Your deposit of $300 will be due April 24th. The full amount will be due May 4th. All fees will be completely refundable until May 8th at which point I have to make a final decision if the University hasn’t made it for me.

After May 8th if the retreat is going to go forward, your fees will not be refundable unless I can fill your spot. If the University shuts down the Conference Center at some point after May 8th, you will receive a full refund.

I believe we will have a much better idea of what is going to happen over the next months, so let’s just hang tight and see what happens.

Please do NOT make non-refundable travel plans between now and May 8th. I am not responsible for any travel reimbursement if the retreat does have to be cancelled.

I am not willing to put my participants at more than normal risk for illness but I suspect that the University and State of Colorado will make that decision for us in time.

Pricing

Retreat fee: $775
Housing and food are billed separately at the rates below (price is for the entire 5-day retreat):

Private room: $675

Shared room, fee for each person: $585

Due to coronavirus concerns, payments have been extended. Due dates are:

  • Deposit due April 24

  • Full amount due by May 4

Spouse attendance: I have a few spots for spouses. If yours wants to come, you will both pay the shared room fee and they may attend all meals. Hiking, fishing (with valid CO fishing license), and bird-watching are just a few things that could keep your significant other busy during the retreat and they may join us for meals.

AFTER YOU SEND YOUR REGISTRATION

Rebecca will get back to you as soon as she can, usually within 24 hours. She will verify your registration. Invoices for the deposit and full amount will be sent in April along with further information about preparing for the retreat.
